| Factory reset (Hard reset) | The device should be turned ON. The reset button is the small hole on the bottom of the device /see the picture above/. Press in it with a paperclip or a pin and hold for a bit more than 5 full seconds then release. Wait until you see all the LEDs flashing – that means the default settings have been restored. |
